Cooking Meat the Wrong Way

Even unprocessed meat may cause cancer. There is a fifty percent chance of acquiring cancer if you are a beef, pork and other red meat eater.

The way that you cook your meat is believed by scientists to be one of the causative agents of pancreatic cancer. Charcoal-grilling and broiling coupled with the nitrate preservatives is a lethal combination to the menu of the day. It is known that carbon increases the risk of cancer and although that grilled meat makes your mouth water it won’t help the state of your health.  Risk factors include family history of cancer, smoking, obesity, diabetes, gender, ethnicity and, age. So if I were you, stick to the white meat.
